The facility offers a safe and secure environment with professional staff, a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, and individually controlled heating and cooling. The building is handicapped accessible, with altered apartments available featuring roll-in showers. Residents can bring their own furniture to personalize their living spaces. The rental fee is based on 30% of income, with a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
