No commissions. No pay-to-play. Ever.
Choosing care for someone you love is hard enough without wondering who paid to be on the list. So we built Unbeatable on a simple promise: the recommendation is never for sale. Here is exactly what we pledge — and the line we will not cross.
Six promises, and we mean all of them
We take zero placement commissions
No facility pays us to be recommended or ranked. Lead-gen sites take up to a full month's rent when you move in — that commission quietly bends every recommendation they make. We take none, so nothing bends ours.
Every published review is a verified person
Families, staff, and professionals prove who they are and how they know a community before a word goes live. Software screens every submission; a human approves every one. No review publishes automatically.
We publish the public record, not brochures
Profiles are built from state licensing surveys, staffing filings, inspection results, and ownership history — the data incumbents leave out. We show it plainly, the good and the bad.
We never remove a genuine review for money
A community can dispute a review, and we'll look. But we only take a review down for identity fraud or fabrication — never because a facility asked, and never for a fee. Nobody can buy silence here.
Your identity stays private
The paperwork you share to verify is stored privately and never shown on your review. You can appear as a verified role or stay fully anonymous — either way, your legal name is never published or handed to a facility.
Facilities get a voice, never a veto
Any community can respond to a review in public, on the record. What they can't do is pay to bury, edit, or reorder what real people said. A response sits beside the review — it never replaces it.
So how do we make money?
Fairly asked. If communities don't pay for placement, something has to keep the lights on. The answer is tools — paid subscriptions and services for the professionals and operators who work in this field, kept strictly separate from what families see. None of it buys a better rating, a higher rank, or the removal of an honest review.
The promise, translated into what you get
To be plain about the limits: our promise is that the record is honest and unbought — not that every opinion in a review is correct, or that a verified reviewer is never wrong. We remove fakes and block repeat offenders. A community can respond to anything said about it. What we guarantee is that no amount of money changes what you read, how it's ranked, or whether a genuine review stays up.
Hold us to it
A promise you can't question isn't worth much. If you ever think we've fallen short of any of this — or you just want to ask how something works — tell us. A real person on our team will answer.
