$250 first-review offer — terms
We pay for honesty, not for praise. Your first verified, published review earns $250 whether it's glowing or scathing. Effective July 14, 2026.
1. The offer
Unbeatable Group LLC (“Unbeatable,” “we”) will pay a one-time reward of $250 USD to eligible reviewers whose first review on Unbeatable passes verification and is published. The reward is paid for a genuine, verified, first-hand account — it is never conditioned on the review being positive, negative, or anything in between. A one-star review qualifies exactly as a five-star review does.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, a legal resident of the United States, and have a genuine first-hand basis for the review (as a resident, family member, or visiting professional) within the past five years. Limit one reward per person and per household. Employees and contractors of Unbeatable, and owners, operators, or marketing agents of the facility being reviewed, are not eligible. You must complete identity and experience verification under our standard process.
3. Verification and publication
The reward is earned only when your review both (a) passes our verification process and (b) is published on Unbeatable. Reviews that cannot be verified, that violate our review guidelines, or that are removed for identity fraud or fabrication do not qualify. Choosing to publish anonymously does not affect eligibility — verification is always private.
4. Disclosure
Reviews submitted under this offer are labeled as incentivized on the site, consistent with FTC guidance on consumer reviews and testimonials. Because the reward does not depend on sentiment, the label reflects only that a payment was made — not that the opinion was influenced.
5. Payment
A valid email address is required to receive the reward; we use it to contact you about payout. Payment is issued within 30 days of publication by ACH transfer or mailed check, at your choice. You are responsible for any taxes on the reward, and we may require a completed IRS Form W-9 and issue a Form 1099 where required by law.
6. Fraud
Fabricated experiences, reviews of facilities you have no first-hand connection to, duplicate accounts, or manipulated verification documents forfeit the reward, result in removal of the review, and may result in a permanent ban. We may recover rewards paid on reviews later found to be fraudulent.
7. Changes and termination
This is a limited launch offer. We may modify, suspend, or end it at any time; reviews submitted before a change is announced are honored under the terms in effect at submission. Void where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Your email address and verification documents are used only for verification, publication updates, and reward payout. They are never published, never shared with the facility, and never sold — regardless of the anonymity level you choose for your review.
