KIMOCHI HOME
Kimochi Home offers a Community Dining Program providing nutritious, Japanese-style hot lunches five days a week in a communal setting. Meals are prepared by a nutritionist and staff to ensure they are healthy and balanced for seniors. The program is overseen by San Francisco’s Department of Disability and Aging Services, and transportation is available for seniors who need assistance. Participation requires a nutrition assessment and eligibility criteria include being 60 years or older or having a disability. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
This community is state-licensed (not a Medicare Care Compare skilled nursing facility). Federal CMS star ratings and PBJ staffing do not apply here.
