Lincoln Glen Manor, located in San Jose's Willow Glen neighborhood, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors by providing four levels of care: independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. Established in 1965 by the Lincoln Glen Church Congregation, this community aims to create a caring environment for seniors. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Lincoln Glen allows residents to transition between different levels of care while remaining in a familiar setting, ensuring they receive the support they need throughout their lives.
