The facility features newly renovated interiors designed for healing and comfort. Oakwood offers a continuum of specialized care including stroke recovery, complex wound care, orthopedic rehab, respiratory care, and cardiac rehab, all provided by a team of board-certified physicians and skilled nursing staff. Each resident receives an individualized care plan tailored to their physical and emotional needs, with a focus on helping them recover and return home as quickly as possible.
